As we grow older, we women face unique challenges and opportunities, in this 4 session interactive workshop we will explore the path that leads us into our role as GrandWomen…empowered, wise and engaged with those we love, our community and the planet.

Each of the 4 gatherings holds a theme for our inquiry, we will meet on Tuesdays 14:00-16:00

Session one (19th May): where we find ageism meeting sexism

Session two (26th May): where we transform and reframe in order to empower ourselves

Session three (2nd June): where we find balance

Session four (9th June): where we face the inevitable and create a legacy
