Join Felice Rhiannon and Charlie Ivermee for a week of quiet contemplation and connection with nature, like-minded people and yourself.
Join Felice Rhiannon and Charlie Ivermee for a week of quiet contemplation and connection with nature, like-minded people and yourself.
In her book Ageing with Awareness: 52 Contemplations for a Year of Weekly Inspiration (to be published March 2023), Felice Rhiannon, CSL, provides us with short contemplations to focus our minds and hearts on our growing wisdom.
With the remarkable opportunity to live longer, healthier and more fulfilled lives, we have the choice to change the paradigm of ageing…we can age outside the box.
Using the interactive model created in the ground-breaking book “From Age-ing to Sage-ing”, we will explore the inner and outer process of embracing a new, vibrant way to grow into our lives as elders, stepping across the threshold from adulthood to elderhood.
In partnership with Sage-ing International.
This is an online course, delivered via Zoom.

Many of us are living 10, 20 even 30 years longer than our parents and grandparents. Let us take time together to contemplate how we might shape this extended lifespan, using the powerful vehicle of a finger labyrinth as our guide.
How do we live rich, meaningful, and creative lives in our elderhood? What needs to be released to live consciously in our elderhood and what wants to be embraced?
What can our eldering offer the world?
How do we open to our elder aliveness?
We can deepen into these contemplations as we traverse the path on a template of the labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral in France.
We will meet on ZOOM to be with the labyrinth, with ourselves, and with one another. No labyrinth experience is required. Everyone is welcome.

Live Sessions will be on Tuesdays 4th May- 25th May from 09:00 – 11:30 am (UK time)
Today, most people approaching their older years can expect to live another 20 or 30 years. How do you want to live those years? Sage-ing (also known as Conscious Ageing) is a model for engaging those years more deliberately, joyfully, and compassionately. Sage-ing can help us develop a balanced vision for ageing that is personally fulfilling and beneficial to others.
This interactive workshop introduces Sage-ing concepts including life review, forgiveness work and issues surrounding mortality. We explore images of ageing and the role of spiritual development in the capstone chapter of life. Finally, we begin developing a personalised plan for our own ageing, including service to others and leaving a legacy.
This workshop is for people who embrace any faith, humanistic practice, or none, and is based on the best-selling book: ‘From Age-ing to Sage-ing: A Profound New Vision of Growing Older’ by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi.

The labyrinth is a powerful metaphor for many of life’s journeys and transitions, as well as everyday issues. It can help quiet the mind for reflection, inspire our creativity and remind us of what is important in our lives. It is an archetype, a divine imprint, found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world. By walking a replica of the Chartres Labyrinth, laid into the floor of Chartres Cathedral around 1200 AD, we are rediscovering a forgotten mystical tradition and deepening our inner connections. Facilitated by Felice Rhiannon, Aleine Ridge, and Richard Nickols, Certified Labyrinth Walk Facilitators. Rosslyn Hill Chapel, 3 Pilgrim’s Pl, Hampstead, London NW3 1NG Donations requested for the upkeep of the chapel For more information see http://rosslynhillchapel.org.uk/

Our culture often presents a view of ageing that marginalises us as we grow older. We might disguise the visible signs of ageing as the years pass. We might use ageist words and move away from the centre of activity and engagement.
This one-day workshop introduces another, refreshing view of ageing by exploring life review and reframing experiences, forgiveness work, as well as issues surrounding our mortality. We examine our feelings about ageing and the opportunities for spiritual development in our later year, along with creating possibilities for that which ignites our passion. We also create a personalised vision for serving others and leaving a legacy… growing into our place as elders.
