The labyrinth is a powerful metaphor for many of life’s journeys and transitions, as well as everyday issues. It can help quiet the mind for reflection, inspire our creativity and remind us of what is important in our lives. It is an archetype, a divine imprint, found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world.
